• 50% deposit (of the total) is payable at the time of booking.
• Balance due 14 days prior to check-in.
• Cancellations will not be charged, provided notification is received not less than 30 days before the start of the booking. However, a € 50 service charge will be deducted from the deposit.
• Cancellations notified 30 - 15 days before the booking date will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations notified 14 - 1 day before the booking date, including the day of arrival, will attract a 100% charge of the total booking.
• We regret that there are no refunds or discounts for early departures or late arrivals.
• Your apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
